Investment Objective
The investment objective of the Jones Villalta Opportunity Fund ( “Fund”) is long-term capital appreciation.

Principal Strategies
We seek to achieve this objective by investing primarily in US equity securities of mid- to large- cap companies. The Fund’s investment advisor, Jones Villalta Asset Management, uses an opportunistic investment strategy that seeks to invest in companies with potential for growth whose stocks trade at a reasonable price.
